"Wrong items in my order"
My order confirmation email and receipt both showed the right products, but when the box arrived, it had completely different items inside. I double-checked everything because I thought maybe I made a mistake, but nope, the paperwork matched what I originally ordered.

Getting help was more frustrating than it needed to be. Support took a while to respond, and I had to explain the issue more than once even though I already sent the order details. Annoying when all I wanted was to get the items I actually paid for.

It works fine overall, but the fan is kind of loud. Of course I mostly notice it at night when everything’s quiet, so maybe it’s just bad timing, but it can get annoying when I’m trying to sleep

"Works most of the time, but has its moments"
Most days the app works fine, but every now and then it just won’t load or my devices randomly show as offline. It’s not the end of the world lol, but it does get annoying when I’m trying to change a setting quickly.

"App feels a little too nosy"
The products themselves work fine, but the privacy part makes me uneasy. The app asks for a lot of permissions and personal info just to use basic features. I’m not really sure what’s being shared or why, and that lack of clarity feels “off” to me. it makes me not want to use the app as much.

"Really confusing setup instructions"
I had a tough time getting this set up because the instructions just didn’t make much sense to me. I kept trying to guess what the next step was, but I still couldn’t get it working. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend it unless the setup guide gets a lot clearer.

"Support took forever to get back to me"
I do like the app when it’s actually working, but man, dealing with support was annoying. My device wouldn’t connect, so I sent them a message and then basically just waited around for days before I got anything useful back.
When they finally did reply, it was just the usual basic stuff I’d already tried. So then I had to explain the whole thing again, which was frustrating. It’s not the worst experience ever, but yeah, they really need to speed up their response time

"Getting a simple replacement part shouldn’t be this hard"
The app and products are fine overall, but trying to get a basic replacement part was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. I just needed one small piece, and there didn’t seem to be an easy way to order it through the site. When I reached out to support, the replies were slow and kind of unclear, and I felt like I was being passed around instead of actually helped. It’s annoying because it feels so wasteful to replace the whole thing just because one little part broke...

"Decent idea, but way too pricey"
I do like the concept and it seems easy enough to use, which is why I wanted to give it a fair shot. But for what it actually does, the price feels way too high. I just don’t think it offers enough value to justify the cost. It might work for someone who really needs this exact thing, but for me it wasn’t worth it

It works okay most of the time, but I’ve had moments where it didn’t feel totally reliable. I was hoping for something I could trust without second-guessing, so it would be nice to see more consistent performance.

"Replacing the filter turned into a hassle"
I ordered a replacement filter and swapped it in, but the app still keeps telling me it needs to be replaced. I reached out to support, and it took forever to get a response. When they finally did reply, it felt like robots answering emails with canned responses instead of someone actually trying to help. Frustrating and a waste of time.

"Setup shouldn’t be this frustrating"
I tried setting up my device through the Vesync app, it was way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. The app kept failing to find the device, I had to restart things a few times, and the instructions weren’t much help at all. For something that’s supposed to be simple, it took way too long. It just feels irresponsible to sell a product with such a clunky first-time setup. Not a great first impression.

"Communication could be better"
Support did get back to me... eventually. It wasn’t awful or anything, but the replies took longer than I expected and some of the answers were kind of vague. I just wish there had been clearer updates along the way. Not a terrible experience, just... room for improvement.

I bought this thinking it would fit into my smart home setup, but with Alexa and Google things keep breaking, for some reason. The app lock-in is annoying too, like you have to use their thing only, which I didn’t expect.

I ordered from vesync.com and the product itself was totally fine. It’s not even about the wait being anything crazy, just that the tracking didn’t really update for a couple days, so I had no idea what was going on. It did show up eventually and everything was in good shape, so no major complaints. Just slower than I was hoping

"Works when it wants, but the readings are off"
I bought this to keep an eye on my room, but the sensor readings have been all over the place. It never really matches my old meter, and the humidity will randomly jump for no clear reason. The temperature seems off sometimes too. The app itself is fine, but the device kind of works when it wants to, and if I can’t trust the numbers then it’s not very useful

"Remote feature doesn’t live up to the promise"
I was really hoping the remote control feature would be useful, especially since it’s kind of advertised like you’ll be able to manage things easily when you’re not home. But in my experience, it only connects sometimes and then randomly drops out. I keep having to refresh or restart the app just to get it working again. The whole thing feels like one of those vague promises that sounds good until you actually try to use it. Frustrating, honestly

I’ve got a few vesync devices around the house, and they’ve been working mostly fine so far. The app connects okay most of the time, though it can be a little slow here and there. My main thing is that some of the products don’t feel as sturdy as I expected for the price. They’re not bad or anything, but it just felt.....

"Nice enough support, but my issue never got fixed"
I mean, the support team seemed polite enough, I guess, but every time I opened a ticket it just ended up getting closed without anything actually being resolved. Maybe they were trying to help, but it didn’t really feel like my issue went anywhere.

The update did work in the end, so I guess no real complaints there. It just seemed to take way longer than I expected, unless I missed something or my setup was part of the issue.

"Works alright with Alexa, but I expected smoother"
I got it set up without much trouble, which was nice for me, but it hasn’t been totally seamless. My Alexa routines don’t always sync the way I want them to, so I end up having to check on things more than I’d like. It works okay overall, just not quite as perfectly as I was hoping
